Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have worn all sorts of PFDs for canoeing and boating my whole life but wanted something a little more serious for my entry into white water kayaking. Quite comfy, very adjustable and seasoned kayakers told me what a good PFD I had on! Very comfy even in my most terrifying moments!
