No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a huge fan of Hind but something is off about this top. My XL feels more like a medium (and is similar in size-appearance to my adidas and nike medium exercise tops). I'm not returning it as I can still use it, but I won't wear it for long workouts. It reminds me of Under Armour's compression clothes, so keep that in mind if you order it.
