Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At this price, there is no justification for not upgrading your favorite steed. The only problem is that the stem is only available in very limited (read...long!) extension length. So bite the bullet...you know that you should be riding in a more stretched out position anyway! So get rid of that ugly, heavy, no name stem that came on your mountain bike and get a real part and make people think you know what you are doing.
