By AC from midwest on 07/23/2008 Pros: Easy To Refill, Good Water Flow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for a hydration pack, read the reviews on this one and it was priced right, so I bought it. It is fair. It seems to work well; however, it does not keep liquids cold long and you have to use a pump to start the water flow from the resevoir. Pumping up this thing up gives the sensation of having a blood pressure arm band inflated for an extended duration. It's uncomfortable to me. Plus, it's bulky. I was hoping to use it on long mountain bike rides but there's no way -- I'm not even using it on short/long hikes.
