A lot warmer than fleece for its weight. This style runs small- esp in the chest. If you have any chest at all (B or above) I'd size up.

Although this is not machine washable, it looks and feels great. It adds warmth without bulk. I wear it for cycling but it also works good looking protection from those office drafts.
