No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The shirt has poor/moderate support for D cups (must wear another bra under if jogging or hiking long distances) and is usually ok to wear by itself, but if you wear it under other layers or with a backpack's hip straps, it rides up and bunches around the waist. Also, the heavy fabric stays wet and doesn't wick, making you uncomfortable/cold if planning on wearing it while backpacking. Better to wear it to quick trips to the gym or casual wear.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This tank is well-made and comfortable, but the fit is athletically snug and trim, making it a bit short in torso lenth for my tastes; it tends to ride up to your waist with activity.
