It has already served me well through the autumn winds and I have no doubt it will protect against many an East Coast blizzard. I normally wear a medium, but fortunately I ordered a large-which is to say it is not true to size. It does have a European zipper (left-side zip) but it only takes a few wears to get adjusted to this.
