Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this shirt in a large, which is cut generously. I liked it so much that I ordered two more in medium. The sleeves are long enough to protect the backs of your hands, the collar covers your neck, it's well ventilated with front zipper and mesh under sleeves. It's comfortable and keeps you cool and dry. I bought it to protect myself from the sun expecially when hiking and I know my dermatologist would approve.
