In the photo the sleeves hang well below the 23" jacket. I have very long arms and so I thought the sleeves would be plenty long for me. BUT... my jacket's sleeves barely hang below the length of the jacket. I either have to push up the sleeves or wear a longer sleeve underneath to compensate for shorter than expected sleeve length.
