Sleeves too short, what a shame. By Alpine Life from Garmisch, Germany on 06/15/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Classic style, Warm Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Eclectic Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was attracted to the classic cable knit style and neutral color, the zip closure and hood. Unfortunately, the sleeves were obviously too short. Very skimpy looking.
I would recommend this product By person who dislikes being cold from san francisco, CA on 06/13/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Warm Cons: Navy not true to color Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the fit around the waist is a little tight, the fabric is outstanding against cold/foggy weather with a windbreaker over it. the merino wool is not itchy or abrasive. indoors it keeps one warm even at 60 degrees.
perfectly tailored and the softest wool By mossflower from alaska on 05/06/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Cut, Warm Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use, perfect for Alaska Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Classic Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend This is a perfectly tailored sweater of very good quality wool. I have been
buying and sending back wool sweaters from several catalogs and
this one has all the qualities I had been looking for. Good fit (not baggy)
and the wool is not all pilled after two weeks of wear. Also not a paper thin one!
The kind of sweater they sold twenty or so years ago.
One slight problem. I ordered a Navy and received a Charcoal in its
packaging which stated the sweater was navy.
I was a disappointed, but its good quality prevailed over the expense of
returning mail!!!
