By liv2ski from Mammoth on 06/10/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof Cons: Inadequate Protection Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Looks great, very functional construction. Pricey for the lack of insulation, as it is a shell, not a jacket. I have long arms and the sleeves are perfect. Zips up over my chin for the cold days. I like, just expensive, but what I wanted.
Good Looks and Warmth Without Bulk By Bill from Richmond, VA on 03/30/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great Ski Jacket that is sized right to wear alone or with layers when the weather gets cold. Perfect coverage and comfortable in neck area. Would like to see better zippers on side vests. Since jacket breathes well, I Do not use vents often, but the zippers are a little tricky to open and close. Other zippers on jacket are great.
Great shell with poor zippers By skiier from pennsylvania on 03/20/2008 Best Uses: Extreme Conditions, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Jacket is good design with lots of storage and pockets. The price [...]is great relative to list, but the problem is zippers - All of the zippers work rough. The side vent zippers jambed after about four or five uses. I cannot get them to work and will be sending the jacket for repair. Not good for an expensive name-brand coat.
