It fits well, flatters my figure, and has an elegant drape and swing. Coming from an era when most dresses tied in the back with a bow, this doesn't worry me, but a little experimentation showed me the ties could be pulled around to the front or side as well, if desired. Or take it a seamstress and have the ties removed, if this worries you. It's a lovely and well-made garment, and would look attractive on women of any age. If I could change only one point, it would be to change the V-neckline, but that's minor nit-picking.

I am brand loyal to Maggy London dresses. They are always well made and classically designed. The bow on the back of this dress is very large-- but bows presently are the trend. Overall this is a very lovely dress.
