Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The skirt is very flattering, but is too small. I can wear a 9-11 depending on the brand and usually anything in a 10 fits me. I bought a 10 but it is to tight to wear comfortalby and rides up because it is tight. A size bigger would have been preferable.
