Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This long sleeved top is made from a breathable fabric so it's great for running when the weather is in the 50's or 60's. I live in the south and I rarely need a heavy thick top for a long run and this is perfect. I wear an 8 and there is plenty of room in the medium top. Someone on the border of the size groups might want to size down. I could have worn a small but liked the color (light purple) and top so much that I didnt' want to exchange.
