No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Weather permitting, I could wear this just about any time. One thing - the ad said it was relaxed fit. Usually I can wear size 2 when fit is relaxed. In this case I had to return the 2 and exchange for a 4. Was that "personal information?"
