I had to have the sleeves shortened--my short arms--not a problem with the shirt! So--I had it made into a 3/4 sleeve length which is great for the hot summer weather. Very elegant looking fabric--I love it! I usually wear a 12 to 14--bought the 14 and it fits perfectly. Much prettier than the pictures!

It is great for more dressy looks, though. The construction is great, and the buttons are close together and well-placed. There is also plenty of ease in the fit, without being baggy.
My only caution is pressing it with an iron. It is all cotton, so I started with a pretty hot iron, but the finish cannot handle the high temp. It will sort of melt away the iridescent sheen. I turned down the heat a bit, and all was fine. Just be careful.
