My First Wet Suit ***** and yes its good By mmcmt from Montana on 07/02/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Put On And Off Best Uses: Cold water swimming, Colder Water, triathlon training Describe Yourself: Beginner Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This suit saved my life, I was about to compete in a spring triathlon in just my shorts and a suit, and realized just a few days before the race the water was way too cold.[...] I was in the water the next day practicing the transitions. I continue to use the suit to swim in the cold lakes of Montana. It a joy!
By R from East Coast on 04/18/2008 Cons: Arms too loose, Hard To Put On Or Off, Shoulder area way too big Best Uses: Colder Water, Diving, Snorkeling Describe Yourself: Beginner Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The majority of the suit fit well, but the shoulders and arms were huge. I think the product was not sewn correctly. If I wore this in the water, I would fill up with water and be cold. Overall, it was a tad short also.
By trigirl2008 from Las Vegas, NV on 04/11/2008 Cons: Wrists chest too large Describe Yourself: Casual User Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I started doing triathlons 1.5 years ago and after renting various wetsuits, I finally decided I should just buy my own. The price on this wetsuit is good but the fit was just too big for me (and I'm pretty proportional). The chest area (especially under the arms) and the wrists were too big--big enough that it didn't make it worth it to keep the suit since there would be flushing in my suit and thus defeat the whole purpose of having a wetsuit. Next time I would find a place where you can try on that brand before buying it online.
