By Track geezer from Philly burbs, PA on 03/16/2010 Best Uses: Track, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Proper running shoe design without the large heel. Resembles racing flat but with lots of cushion. Forces proper running form (no landing on heel). Workmanship was a little spotty(seconds),requires a little breaking in. Light, will improve your times. Soft sole, good for synthetic tracks. Sole might wear too fast on pavement.

By mr go from nyc on 03/04/2010 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Fast, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Mid-distance, Road Running Describe Yourself: Avid Athlete Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Like the shoe, but had to send it back for a larger size.
It's everything you would expect in a NB specific runner, but unlike most of their shoes, this last was downsized for some reason (perhaps with a mid-distance runner's tighter fit in mind; but this fir almost as tight as a sprinter's shoe).
Quite silvery/shiny, enough to draw a look or two!
