We live in Lyme Disease country and because we worry about exposure to ticks I own 6 pairs of these "Buzz Off" insect-repellent socks that I wear ANYWHERE I'm likely to be exposed to ticks.....which is just about everyplace including hiking, camping and gardening. I wear them in addition to my "Buzz Off" pants and shirt outfits. I wear a women's size 5-6 shoe and all the adult "Buzz Off" socks are too big. These children's medium socks fit me very well and they don't bunch up. I love the fact that they are cotton and they are very comfortable, but the one thing I'd like to see improved about them would be some nylon in the toe and heel area to reinforce them more. They do wear out fairly quickly, though I admit I'm hard on socks. I would also like to see them available in other colours than coral. At one time I think they were. Because two members of our family already have Lyme Disease, the availability of "Buzz Off" clothing has given our family the freedom to enjoy the outdoors again without having to be so paranoid about exposure to ticks.
