For running pants, they're a nice fit-- not as "tight" as running tights, but not baggy and too loose-- particularly with the elastic and zippers to adjust them at the ankles. The price on Sierra Trading Post is an excellent value for this quality pant.
My only quibble-- I do run at night a lot and it doesn't seem like the illumiNITE does much. Maybe you have to be looking from a distance for the light to reflect back at you. I actually did a flashlight test with the pants hanging in a dark room and the pants really reflected the light only on occasion at just the right angle. Not a big deal though, the reflective areas are not offensive style-wise in regular light at the gym and it's better than nothing. Even without the illumiNite feature, they're great pants.
