Will use MSR and Brunton fuel for sure By Janodes from Midwest on 10/03/2008 Pros: Compact, Easy To Clean, Great temperature control, Lightweight, Powerful, Stable Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Another review mentioned it would work with other fuel, but not which fuel specificly. So far I have tested it with both MSR and Bruntons Isobutane/Propane fuel and it works like a champ. I've read Isobutane is better than the regular butane/propane gas for cold weather. The Primus should work with any gas cartridge that uses the standard Lindal valve. Reading the labels on these they appear to be all mfgrd in Korea, probably by the same outfit ,just different labels!
Terrific; more stable than smaller one By DishSoap from Mountain View, CA on 08/26/2008 Pros: Compact, Easy To Clean, Easy to Light, Great temperature control, Lightweight, Powerful, Stable Best Uses: Backpacking, High Altitude, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This stove works great. It is more stable than the smaller model that only has three supports. Definitely worth the extra ounce.

Found another brand of fuel tank that worked just fine. Worked very well on it's first time out.
