Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use smartwool or bridgedale wool socks for running year round. They stay cool in summer and warm in winter, it's amazing. Once you wear wool socks you won't wear cotton or other fabrics again. They also insulate in wet conditions. The cushioning is very nice on these socks. They may cost more but it's worth it, they last for years or at least mine do.
