Rail like pads on inner side of pack lift the pack off of your back to help with ventilation. Hidden helmet net useful when you don't want to carry or wear your helmet. Separate bladder compartment and general compartment. General compartment has tool slots. Phone holder is close to ear. Head phone cord hole. Well thought-out design at a reasonable price.

Has plenty of pockets and features. I particularly like that the water section is insulated, has a fold away pouch for my helmet, has a spot for a pump, and has pouches to put away the waist straps when not in use. I have not used the bladder that came with it. I use a bladder I already have that I like so I can't rate the bladder for you.
