I have back problems and can't get away with flip-flops. These support my back without sacrificing style.

It's not the shoe but my feet By Tuesdayrain from Washington, D.C. on 08/05/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stable, Stylish Describe Yourself: Conservative, Stylish, Trendy Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: They're not bad shoes, really. But my forefoot is flatter than most feet so usually the straps on sandals are too loose. My feet would just slide right through the front. Getting a smaller size would then make the length of the shoe too small. When I saw that these shoes have adjustable straps, I thought there was at last hope for me. When I first adjusted the straps, the existing holes were hard to poke through. After some forcing, they worked. When you're not using the standard adjustment, the lower non-adjustable straps bunched up a little so the shoe didn't look too stylish after that. Even after the adjustments, my big toes were still forced to curl up whenever I walk trying to keep the shoes on my feet at the same time. It seemed too much effort to keep shoes on you while you're trying to walk. Perhaps the shoe was just too chunky. I think if you didn't have such a flat forefoot like I do, these would be really comfortable and stylish shoes. I thought they did look good on almost anything like jeans and a casual dress. So as you've probably already guessed, I did have to return them.
