My right foot especially did not sit straight in the sandal...felt like it was leaning toward the outside at the heel. Shoes ran large and too wide. I will return them.

I wear them a lot.
I think these would work well for a lot of women with problem feet. Very adjustible, and well cushioned, they will conform to your foot!
