Is free shipping really “free”?

Some of our online competitors offer “free” shipping. But is it really free? The fact is, all companies incur shipping costs and frequently inflate the prices on their merchandise in order to cover those costs. We prefer a more straightforward approach. Our prices reflect the great deals we've negotiated, and our shipping & handling costs are clearly stated, not hidden. We believe in offering huge everyday savings (even after shipping & handling fees), plus best-of-class service. The trust of our customers is important to us.

UPS is the standard method for continental U.S. shipments.

Packages are sent via UPS, who in turn drops packages off at USPS for the final leg. This is the standard method for shipment to PO Boxes.
Same rates as UPS ground.

Priority Mail - limited to U.S. Territories, AK/HI, APO/FPO
Priority Mail is the standard method for shipments to U.S. Territories,
APO / FPO, Alaska and Hawaii.
APO / FPO - same rates as UPS ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S.
Territories add $5.00.

2 Day Air via UPS
No PO Boxes or U.S. Territories. Physical address required. Alaska and Hawaii
add 1 day for delivery. Alaska and Hawaii add an additional $5.00 to 2 Day Air rates.

1 Day Air via UPS
No PO Boxes or U.S. Territories. Physical address required.
