Since I'm short, I like that these only come half way up my calf. They aren't really fitted around my calf very well, but that's the only thing that's negative at all about them. Very comfy!

I don't like laceups and am always looking for adjustable slipons with removable innersoles so I can use my orthodic. So far these pass the test. Even though the right shoe seemed initially tight in the toes, I've worn it many hours and it hasn't bothered me. That's one reason I like leather -- it gives. It also has a good gripping sole and the shoe appears to be well made all around.

They are SO comfortable and not as stiff and clunky as some winter boots can be. They are also really cute. A great value and hopefully they will deliver when the snow and ice come.
