Someone posted that it didn't have a shoulder strap, but it does, tucked into one of the compartments.
Nice looking, not as classic as a leather bag, but close. Very generously sized - about twice the volume of typical briefcases. Looks bigger but not huge unless you unzip the expansion zipper.
Lots of compartments. Helpful if you want to organize. A little bothersome if you forget where you put something.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've got a big laptop that I have to haul around for work which is why I was in the market for a wheeled briefcase. This one is great with the notable exception that when it's full it tips forward. Otherwise, it's a great bag! As a woman I didn't want some big bulky hulk of a bag, and this fits the bill with a good-looking design, lots of very smart pockets and wheels!
