Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Now THIS is a technological improvement: instead of laces, well chanelled cables perfectly balance the tension to hold your foot at perfect support levels, a dial in the back tightens the shoe in a second or less. Pull the knob, and you are released and out of the shoe super-fast. This really works. Then the shoe is well built, aerated, offers good support, and is a nice light weight for jogging. My only beef is idiosyncratic: I have a long big toe, and it stubs a bit, even in the half size bigger shoe; so this shoe will work best if you have a regular, square foot.
