| Just from their looks, Teva sandals are a far cry from ordinary. Their high friction outsoles, tacky topsoles and sturdy demeanor actually started as a river guide’s solution to his clients’ soggy, water-logged sneakers. In 1984, his prototype splashed into the market, and soon after, Teva revolutionized river footwear with a sport sandal that could drain water, dry quickly and also tackle rugged river terrain. Over the last twenty years, Teva expanded its hybrid roots - from riverbed to rocky trail and city path - defying the limitations of sandals. With adjustable straps, grippy rubber outsoles and anatomical footbeds, Teva footwear provides the necessary means to explore, hike, paddle and run... giving outdoor adventurers the ability to "Go. I mistakenly ordered these cute blue and green Teva sandals for my grandson in size Kids 6. I'm new-again to children's shoe sizing and thought that size would be a 6 for a year old child. Wrong... But they were cute as can be and fit me! I wear a womans 7.5, the fit is perfect and I love them. I've used them traveling, hiking and around water. Loverly. Gals asked where I purchased that wonderful color of Teva sandal. I happily told them, Online Sierra Trading Post, how much I love them and then of my 'fun for me' error.
The other two pair of Birkenstock sandal that I ordered at the same time were perfect also, even without any serendipitous error.
