The fit is trim enough to stay out of my bike chain, but loose enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing tights. They'd probably by good for cool-weather runs as well. The only way I would improve these would be to make them a bit less short-waisted and a solid color rather than the strong constrast - but that latter suggestion is just my personal taste.

These will not let you down. Sizing is spot on. The soft inner shell will let you go without a baselayer on warmer xc days! Length is good I am 5'10" and often this is a problem, afterall you don't want to look like your wearing floods when you are sitting around the lodge drinking hot cocoa.
