By Anne The Intrepid from San Francisco on 09/01/2008 Pros: Adjustable Watchband, Fashionable, Good Quality, Reliable Describe Yourself: Athletic, Classic, High End Shopper, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Yes, I bought this watch over a year ago and it not only still looks great (it's a timeless, elegant look)but I still get excited putting it on. The face is a light custard color so it is warmer than the typical white face and it works so well with my outdoors outfits etc. Listen, I have several nice watches and this one to me spells "weekend"!

I have been searching for a watch that is one step down from a man's watch in size. This one is just right and I am happy with the sturdy construction. I am a tall woman with a medium frame and the watch suits me perfectly. However, a small gal might find it a bit too big.
By KwajSam from Kwajalein, RMI on 08/28/2008 Cons: Band not easily adjusted Describe Yourself: Practical Comments: I like that this watch is different and more substantial than most "danty" women's watches. Plus, I love the splash of red. However, the band is huge (big enough for my 6' 240# husband) and will have to be adjusted by a jeweler before it can be worn. Also, the sticker on the watch suggested a battery replacement in April 2008. This is particularly disturbing since I ordered and recieved in August 2008. It's also marketed as a dive watch - which I wanted since I do scuba dive, but that is not the case. It has the appearance of a dive watch (rotating bezel and such), but is listed as "water resistant" on the case. The instruction book says it's suitable for showering, snorkeling, etc. but not for diving deeper than 30 feet for more than a few minutes. To me, it can't be a dive watch if it can't go to that depth and for no more than a few minutes.... It looks good, but just isn't what it says it is. For the price, I expected more - especially since I'll have to pay to replace the battery (also at a jeweler since it's a sealed case) and adjust the band before I can even wear it.
