Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great shoes. I am and Allen Edmonds buyer and love them. I have to say these shoes are great also. Great looks and well made. My shoe guy says these are the nicest pair of shoes he has ever seen

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Sutor Mantellassi shoes are classically styled with nice hand-finish detailing such as tacked toe and heel, hand-stitching touches, and an exquisite mottled burnished finish much like my edward green shoes. However, these shoes are "nos" (i.e., new old stock) and do not reflect the quality of the latest mantellassi top-of-the-range shoes. parts of the inner sole shows "glue through staining" - an indication of age and the leather has become a bit stiff. if i should base my judgment solely on this, my first pair of mantellassi's, i would say that testoni top-of-the-rage shoes are much better made with finer stitching, better quality leather uppers and a finer quality sole.
