Salomon Skis |
| Salomon skis are synonymous with "perfect execution." Skiing the bumps in control, carving high speed turns near the trees or catching some air off a jump requires just that. Salomon skis can give you that edge. With features like monocoque composite construction for lightweight maneuverability and Isocell complex core aeronautics technology for vibration damping, Salomon skis let you handle the hill whatever your predilection. Starting with bindings, Salomon has been making ski equipment since 1947. The name is now an icon in the industry. Skiing on Salomon skis, with 60 years of design innovation strapped to your feet, it’s all downhill. |

By nocogal from Ft. Collins, Colorado on 09/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These just arrived and I am headed to Durango, CO for some fly fishing and hiking. I will definately put these boots to good use and see how well they hold up. They appear to be made very well and true to size. I wear and 8 but ordered 8.5 to allow for heavier socks.
I would buy this boot again By Mare on a Tear from Olympic Peninsula, Washington on 09/03/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Heel fits well, Non-slip sole, Stable, Tongue is comfortable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We have acreage with 13-18% slope and it is usually rainy. I am tired of wet feet and boots that don't fit....no more! Thank you Salomon. This is a great boot and it fits a womans foot.
By Vamessedup from Detroit, MI on 09/02/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Haven't had a chance to test out the water/wind resistance on these yet, but they are super comfortable and pretty light on the feet. I ordered a half size up, but there is still a good amount of room in the toe of the shoes. I have narrow feet and the shoe feels a little wide at first, but they tighten up well enough. The laces are really convenient, and I love the insole! Feels like I won't even have to break them in.
