By JJ from Minneapolis, MN on 08/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Easy Set Up, Lightweight Best Uses: Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: There's not much you can say about a folding chair that does what it's supposed to. They work fine; they are easy to use; they are reasonably comfortable; and seem to be well constructed.
By Brent the Stadium Camper from Richmond, VA on 08/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Easy Set Up, Lightweight Best Uses: Beach, Day Trips, Outdoor Events, Road Trips Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I always hold my breath when ordering through a catalog for anything. It is a leap of faith experience. I ordered two. One was perfect. One was did not function. I returned the bad one and was grateful to you for handling the return.
By Ducois from Seattle on 08/11/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Dries Quickly, Dual use, Easy Set Up, Lightweight Best Uses: Backcountry Camping, Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Floating in the water, Kayaking, Outdoor Events, Road Trips, Sleeping pad Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This product was so much more than I expected! The quick air-fill and release valve is a real time-saver and works perfectly. I found so many more uses for the chair. Took it on a 2-week kayak trip and was very pleased with its durability and versatility (bed, chair, float, kayak seat). This is my second CC chair. My first one (10 yrs old) is still going strong, but my son uses it now, so I had to get this one. Don't settle for anything but CC. I've used knock-off brands and they've fallen apart.
By cdpnyc from Astoria, NY on 07/28/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy to pack, Versatile Cons: Too large for backpacking Best Uses: Car Camping, Outdoor Events, Star gazing Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for RAGBRAI last minute when I found my old pad had a leak. Worked perfectly. It is very comfortable as a sleeping pad and is great to lounge in as well. The straps allow for either a wide range of sitting/reclining positions. The valve system works great - the pad is easy to inflate/deflate, and it packs easily. A little too large for backpacking, but for everything else it is great...
I would buy this product again and again By Johnny Biker from Seattle on 07/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Lightweight Best Uses: Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Outdoor Events Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Exactly what I was looking for. Very comfortable.
OK, but prefer the original crazy chair By Jeanne from Hubbardston, MA on 07/24/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact Best Uses: Backcountry Camping, Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips, Outdoor Events, Road Trips Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: We use the crazy creek chairs alot. Great to take along in a backpack and in the kayaks. (Or when the kids are hanging around during gatherings.) I guess we just prefer the basic original crazy creek chair. I wasn't thrilled with the air control system in this chair. Simplicity is better ~
By MomofAnnaRachel from Brookhaven on 07/15/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy Set Up, Lightweight, Variety of colors Best Uses: Backcountry Camping, Beach, Campgrounds, Day Trips Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great Produce. Great Price
By Mad Hatter from Ithaca, NY on 07/14/2008 Cons: Bad Value, Low Quality Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I took the chair out of the package before my camping trip to test it out. It was fine. I re-packed it and took it camping the next day. When I unpacked it again, the air valve button was missing and I could not inflate it. I found that the valve lids fall off easily and I still do not know where the button went. I might as well have bought a normal crazy creek chair. Not worth the money at all!
