Great helmet, I love it! Good value, easy to adjust. You don't have to have a tiny head for this helmet to fit. I consider myself to have an adverage size head more on the medium side.

Uvex Cycling Helmet - T-Mobile Wing RS (For Women)

Good
By KimVerified Purchaser from Kathleen, GA on 12/30/2007
Pros:
Good Ventilation, Highly Adjustable, Lightweight, Tough
Cons:
Fit is awkward, Shell too big, Uncomfortable
Best Uses:
Long Rides, Road Biking, Short Rides, Warm Weather
Describe Yourself:
Avid Cyclist
Sizing:
Feels half size too big
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Sizing is strange; I returned this once because the sizes were "S/M" or "M/L". The M/L was HUGE! The only smaller size is still a bit too big, I have to put my hair up inside it to give it a safe fit. This requires readjusting all straps every time I use it which is almost daily. Also, it gives the wearer a "mushroom head" - it's a strange look. I plan to replace it soon.

Uvex quality proved itself by holding up very well during a very bad Mtn. bike crash I had on fresh (and very coarse) pavement during a race! Despite the black pavement marks on the helmet and some minor dents its still fully functional! Even got a matching one for the Wife to race with.

This is great for the price but I expected it to be better in flat light or shadows. There aren't many that are that good in that department anyway but they are nice & small.

I am not a fan of goggles that sit way of your face and had to look long and hard for a quality goggle that doesn't make you look like some sort of alien bug. As a ski coach I LIVE in these things. LOVE EM".

As a former pro ski instructor I'd have to say these are hard to beat for the money. Fits a helmet nicely with good seal and good ventilation. Also, they're simple with no gimmicks, fans etc.
