By cathy the singer from Rockland, New York on 03/09/2008 Best Uses: Kitchen, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Practical, Quality shopper Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This, fryer looks great and feels sturdy. After my first use I noticed that the metal was effected by the steam emitted from the hot oil.And the fryer turned a darker color inside. The holding hook gets extremely hot during the cooking process, which makes it difficult and tricky getting items out of fryer.

By Cooker from Tucson, AZ on 12/26/2007 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At [$] the kit is well priced. The butter flavor is, in my opinion, better than the Creole Garlic. Made in China injector works well enough, and is better built than a 20cc syringe that come with the other kits.
