the Convertible sleeves are nicely done. The material is all tech fabrics. Good venting in armpit area and in the back. This should be good for cool weather not freezing weather. Even the sleeves have one kind of fabric for the tops of the arms and another for more breathing on the bottoms of the arms. The wind flap below the zipper is also nice.
This jacket is PRO-fit, not CLUB-fit, so if you like it loose, buy a size or even two larger!

Racing cut, so it fits snugly. Fabric stretches nicely side-to-side but not top-to-bottom, as it should be: fits well without sagging.
And the logos can be removed, something this reviewer really appreciates.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Picked up a couple of these and got to try the black one out for the first time yesterday for 23 miles and it works great. Sleeveless is the way to go when you get >80F and East Coast humidity. It's hard to find high quality sleeveless jerseys on sale, and these are definitely high end. Full zip is nice, otherwise normal features like three pockets, etc. Not the most up to date on features (may be because these are closeouts/older models) in that there are no laser cut seams. waterproof zippered pocket for valuables to not get sweaty, etc. but for this price it works great. Great looks-better looking than my Giordana Forma and Cannondale L.E. Carbon short-sleeved jerseys. Nice fabric has an almost honeycomb feel that doesn't stick to you when you inevitably sweat it up considering the weather you will wear these in. Tight fit (a positive) in a Large for me (normally a 44L and 6'2" 190lbs.). I will probably be picking up a few more.
