No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I assumed that the "mildew-like" odor evident upon unpackaging had something to do with the impregnation, so I washed it; that did not help very much, so I plan to return the shirt. I also find the texture of the material very hard and crispy. A shirt from the same manufacturer that I purchased for my wife was entirely different. I have to give this shirt a miss, even though I like the concept and design.
