No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: My daughter loved how these shoes looked but even the "wides" weren't wide enough. She only wore them a couple of times before the buckle strap pulled out of the side. They were quite difficult to get on/off due to the stiff strap.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I gave these shoes to my daughter for her 5 years birthday. She loves them, and wants to dress up like a princess and wear them every day, but she knows that they are ment for parties only. She feels very proud wearing these nice, white shoes with high heels. I have not been able to find shoes with high heels for young girls elsewhere. She is 5 years - uses size 28 - which is the same as 10.5W. I ordered an extra pairs sized 11.5, and that I don't regret. :-)

Comments: As someone else mentioned, you cannot velcro these shoes on very well. It appears they simply made smaller shoes rather than make actual toddler shoes. Disappointing.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wish I was able to get another pair in a bigger size as my little guy grows! These have been great shoes for him. They are very stable for a new walker, without bulk around the toe or soles to trip him up. He takes small steps without bending his knees much and he has been very successful walking in these shoes without tripping. They seem very comfortable on him and the "footprint" on the sole is SO cute! The velcro could be a little longer, but my little guy doesn't have overly chubby feet so we haven't had a problem with it.
Probably the only drawback has been if your child still crawls, the white coating on the shoes will scratch off.
