Cons:
Bulky, Not Well Ventilated
Describe Yourself:

The Bern Baker Helmet is of pretty good quality with a nice overall look and feel. It came with removable ear flaps for added warmth and protection. STP's sale price makes this a very good deal.
My primary use is whitewater/ocean kayaking and playing in rockgardens with my seakayak.
The prior post that states these are sized too big is incorrect. This fits my head perfectly - so much so that there is no room to add any neoprene headgear for those cold weather days. It would be nice if it had removable/adjustable padding to accommodate this. I may end up having to file down some of the interior padding...

Feels half size too big
Pros:
Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Protective, Stylish, Well Ventilated
Best Uses:
Commuter Biking
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Bottom Line:

Comments: I love this helmet. I commute to work and most bike helmets are super dorky looking. I want to look good! I feel comfortable and stylish while still protecting my head---very important. Apparently my head is smaller than I thought...I'm going to look into thicker pads for a snugger fit, but it's perfect with a cap underneath to keep the sun and rain out of my eyes. It's great for biking in an urban setting.

Feels true to size
Pros:
Adjustable, Comfortable, Good Ventilation, Padding Dries Quickly

Comments: I didn't want to spend a mint on a kayak helmet. This one manages to be good looking AND inexpensive. I bought the black one. The only downside is that the matte black material shows scrapes and smudges easily.

Great Skiing & Snowboarding Helmet
By Jamba from Boise, ID on 3/18/2008
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Headphone Compatible, Protective, Stylish
Cons:
Not Well Ventilated
Best Uses:
Downhill, Half Pipe, Park, Racing, Skiing, Snowboarding
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: This is a great, comfortable, and stylish skiing & snowboarding helmet. Just take out the liner-earflaps, and it would work well for spring time as well. Marketed as a multi-sport helmet, however without ventilation would not work well for biking and skateboarding.
