Pros:
Comfortable, Great Traction, Stable
Best Uses:
Backcountry, Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: I use my La Sportiva shoes for walking the dogs. As soon as they see them come out of the shoe cupboard they know we're off out to play! Very comfortable strolling on the sidewalk and running through fields. My only slight criticism would be that some of the fancy trim began to disintegrate with my first pair. But that certainly didn't put me off buying a second pair - which made the dogs very happy!

Sizing:

Feels true to width
Pros:
Comfortable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole, Stable
Cons:
Not Water Resistant
Best Uses:
Backcountry, Day hikes
Describe Yourself:
Avid Adventurer
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: This shoe is a little too stiff fore and aft (not enough flex where my toes hinge) to be comfortable for me for running, but I am lightweight and like my running shoes pretty flexy. They are very comfortable and supportive for hiking. They are stiff enough that I can do talus and scree with no problem and the soles have excellent traction in loose or slippery conditions.

Comments: Solid running shoe with sticky rubber soles for occasional climbing/scrambling. I am on my second pair. Be sure to seam seal the stitches on the toe if you plan to do any rock climbing with them.

Comments: Wanted a breathable hiking shoe that was not waterproof - feet get a bit hot. These worked great for a 3 day/2 night backpacking trip - could have gone farther. These are the first pair of hiking shoes that have not caused blisters... XX them.

oozzes down slab, but could friction free solo on slabs where other competent slab climbers needed climbing shoes. Light, cushy step saves my knees.
