It doesn't rock too easily so it can be a good place to rest. This is very low to the ground, so it may be a challenge getting in and out. I like to lay in it and look at the stars with my young children.

Poles are good quality aluminum, light but sturdy, though somewhat cumbersome to transport due to length, 5' retracted. Great set-up for car or canoe camping. You get the full value of the system when you use the poles, but there are plenty of grommets and tie-offs if you choose to go without. The plastic pegs that come with the fly are worthless, get gutter spikes.

Amazing. So easy my children can set up in a matter of minutes. Aluminum poles, taped seams, double wall, two doors & vestibules, room for 3. Will get a workout this season, very much expect this tent to live up to Eureka's durability reputation.

Difficult to set up solo with pole sleeves. Fly support pole over door pops out in strong winds. Nice roomy tent for the whole family.
