Perfect flex, shock absorption, and swing weight. Love them in the bumps.
A couple of minor issues:
1) Adjustable length is a nice option but it gets loose every now and then.
2) I ski in the icy east so I killed the native baskets in the middle of the season, but it was not a problem for me - I got free bulletproof replacement baskets in a local ski shop.
However, those two little things did not spoil my overall impression at all.
