Comments: The first one i got died on me. I was wading in a pool and when i checked it, it already had a mini aquarium inside. Fortunately the nice lady i spoke with over the phone at Sierra got it replaced with no hassles at all. Haven't had any problems since. Nothing too great about it though. I use it for mountain biking, kayaking, swimming and other outdoor activities. It's comfy, lightweight, and just serves its purpose. The light doesn't stay on long enough when i'm tinkering with the other functions like setting the alarm. Overall, it's just a cool-looking watch from oakley (made in china) that i got for a REALLY good price (waaay lower than how much it is now). So I'm happy with it.
Best watch I've ever owned

Pros:
Awesome features, Good Quality, Reliable, VERY comfortable
Cons:
Watch band retaining loop
Best Uses:
Everyday, Running
Describe Yourself:
Athletic
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: Big fan of this watch. Second one I've owned. Excellent features and extremely comfortable. Only negative is the watch band retaining loop will break in approx 6-9 months. I ordered more from Oakley in the past--eventually lost my watch in a lake because without that band, the watch unhooked and sunk. Ordered a Nike watch to replace it but not as good. So bought another Oakely watch--great product.

Pros:
Good Quality, Reliable
Cons:
Drains Battery, Lack of customer support

Athletic

Comments: This is great marathon watch, I had other brand names, but Oakley D1 beats by far. the only compliant is that once the battery is gone, the watch is gone. Oakley does not provide any support for this product, since they are obsolete. So it's one time use only watch. I bought several to stock up for the training and race, but not sure if my stock will run of battery soon. anyways, the watch itself is great, but the manufacturs policy is horrible.

Pros:
Durable, Easy to program, Easy to read, Good Value, High Quality
Cons:
Color is so "nineties", Strap is "rubbery"
Best Uses:
Athletic event timing, Knowing when to stop work
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: The special "Unobtainium" strap material is rubbery and can irritate the skin. But it is strong and flexible so it functions as planned. Second one I have owned -- these are really tough watches without being heavy or bulky. They take a lot of abuse without breaking. Great price.
