By Ursulina from Santa Monica, CA on 03/05/2010 Pros: Good Arch Support, Great Traction, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes felt pretty good but have a fatal flaw: the heel curves inward and digs into my ankle, making them unwearable. I was disappointed because I liked the look - something you could walk in that didn't look like an athletic shoe.
By DewseyDee from Dallas, TX on 03/03/2010 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are very cute and I was excited to put them to work. I work in a warehouse, so good supportive shoes are important, plus I walk alot. I get tired of tennis shoes and these offered a mix between comfort of tennis shoe and style. But when I tried them on they were very small in the toe area. I have a medium to narrow width foot and yet these really cramped my toes. I had to return them.

I have tried numerous hiking/climbing shoes and finally, I hit pay dirt with these shoes! They are comfortable beyond belief, extremely lightweight, and they keep me safe on smooth boulders. Yahoo! I love them. Thank you Sierra Trading Post!

Attractive and functional By jay walking from Cleveland, OH on 02/10/2010 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was searching for shoes that work like a trail shoe, but that I can wear on my trip to England without looking like I'm wearing running shoes everywhere. These are sleek and not too bulky, but with a good sturdy sole. The ankle area needs to be broken in as it was a bit stiff the first time I wore them, but I think they will be super comfy once I wear them more.
By Toni from Denver, CO on 02/10/2010 Pros: Good Arch Support, Good Cushioning, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The back of the heel rises up too high on my achilies tendon area and gives me blisters!!

By Kayaking Kate from Buffalo, NY on 01/08/2010 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Cushioning, Great Traction, Lightweight, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: At The Gym, Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails Describe Yourself: Avid camper, Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe fits my feet like a glove and better than expected. I usually where an eight to eight and a half. My foot is wider than average for a girl but usually fits well in most shoes. I have an average arch, not super high or low. The shoe itself is super comfy and I love the style. I wanted a shoe for school that would be cute and supportive and I got that. I wanted quality for my money and you can't do better than getting a La sportiva product on sale! Another great thing about this shoe is that it is not bulky--it flatters your feet.
