By Colorado Runner Girl from Colorado Springs on 06/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these shoes to train for the Barr Trail Mountain Race (a 12 mile race located at the base of Pikes Peak here in Colorado Springs). So far, so good. I've been happy with Pearl Izumi in the past so I felt confident in purchasing their trail shoe without trying on first. I have a wide foot and neutral gait. This shoe works well for me. I have found it to give me the stability and traction needed on the steep uphills and downhills. Plus, you can't beat the price!!
By Happy Trails from Rochester, NY on 06/16/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding, Wanted to wear Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: All the other reviewers must have feet that are slightly smaller than the true size. I know my feet haven't gotten bigger! Seriously disappointing, I would have loved to take them for a run.

They have been great. I probably could use some more arch support in them, but I'm not returning them. They are just fun because they are green and they are comfy. I love the mesh cloth on the outside of the shoe. They are great.
