What a great deal, it was too good to pass up. They make me happy, and from a technical standpoint, they are comfy, they adjust well, If I were racing, they would be my only choice.
Great shoe, comfortable, stiff By Lawrence from Princeton, NJ on 06/20/2008 Pros: Durable Sole, Good Traction, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Climbing, Commuter shoes, Everyday riding, Long-distance riding Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Though you can walk in these shoes and they are fine for that, they are stiff because of the carbon sole. Tread is rubber like, not plastic. I use them year round, winter, and have used them for longer rides. I generally use my Diadora road shoes for long summer rides but use these for all my winter rides as they ventilate well, but better for winter riding than the road shoes. Last a long time, I'd buy again. They are narrow in the width so you get 1/2 size longer.

By old&slow from Vancouver, WA on 05/27/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Comments: When I tried the shoes on I found them too short (normally I fit any 43), so you might order them a bit larger. But the big problem was the lack of support under the arch. No problem when you ride, but really bad for walking. If you need any arch support at all, consider another shoe or expect to use inserts (and order a size larger). Ultimately I just sent them back.
The only shoe you'll ever buy!!! By Mark the Bike Mechanic from Edmonton, Alberta on 04/18/2008 Pros: Excellent power transfer, Flashy colours, Great mud shedding abilit, Very comfortable, Very stiff sole, W, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Climbing, Everyday riding, Racing, Sprinting Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are an excellent stiff soled shoe that lasts ans lasts, I've had a similar pair, the diadora habanero that've lasted me 6 years and are still as stiff as the day I bought them. I've had shimano, time, and specialized shoes, and none of them compare in size, comfort, and most importantly ventilation and power transfer
By Newton from Los Angeles on 04/02/2008 Pros: Beautifully Constructed Best Uses: Long-distance riding Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are fabulous. Light, stiff and perfectly adjustable. One small problem kept it from a "5". The seams in the material where the ankle touches the shoe are raised a bit. Without two pairs of cycling socks, I can feel it rub. I'm hoping in a few more wearings it smooths out.
