Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes seem to have great quality and are very solid, but I have not really been able to use them. I had to give them to a friend beacuse they were a full size too big. I usually wear a size 7 shoe and order the size 7 , buthey felt like a size 8...way too big. :( oh well i just order the pategonia shoes hopefully with better luck.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm reluctant to buy shoes on line but Sierra Trading Post's exchange/return system is so user-friendly! I took the recommendation to order 1/2 size smaller and they fit perfectly. We just got back from a muddy, wet hike in the Gorge and I got great traction and support from these shoes. Not really sure exactly how water resistant they are meant to be, but my feel stayed nice and dry in some really wet condions.
