Cons:
Not much arch support, Order half size larger
Best Uses:
Cold Weather, Day Hiking, Everyday, Light Loads
Describe Yourself:
Casual/Recreational

Comments: I did not get to test out the water resistance, which I think is very important. They were pretty nice for a mild to medium hike. I don't think I'd like to wear these on harsh (rocky) terrain when wet. Also, hard to get real tight and supportive, so I wouldn't want to have a real heavy pack (>45lbs). They worked for what I needed them for. And of course, very cute.

Comments: I took these on a two week trek to Alaska, right out of the box! Wore them every day. They do run a little small, I read the reviews, so I ordered a half size larger. I noticed that the type of socks made a big differance in the warmth. It was great to walk through glacial streams like a kid and stay dry! Loved Alaska and these boots!

Not enough cushion small
Best Uses:

Comments: The sizing is difficult to judge. I ordered 1/2 size up thanks to previous reviews, but even with the larger size I may need to return them for a larger pair as I can't wear thick socks with them. Have not tried them outside yet since I'm trying to decide if I want to exchange them. I love the look, they appear to have good traction and be water proof.

Comments: I was so thrilled to find these cute boots! I had given away all my ankle boots and lace-up booties after a long injury, and have not been able to find any this year... the J41 shoes are all well stuctured and comfy, plus these are cute and red to "boot!" I agree that you should order a bit up in size.
Comfortable and well-made

Comments: I read a lot of reviews of this boot before I purchased a pair, and only after I finally found them in size 11. I normally wear a 10, and my 11's fit very well. These boots do run small, but the width seems "normal", so it worked out perfectly for me. They are SO comfortable, not too hot, and I can tell the quality is spectacular. These are my first pair of J-41's, and I can't wait to buy more!!
